Hurricane Jeanne 2004

Hurricane Jeanne first started forming as a topical Wave which grew to a tropical storm and hit Puerto Rico. Shortly after it grew to a hurricane and hit the Dominican Republic short after. Once it gre to major hurricane status it hit the Bahamas, and soon after it hit Florida. It later became a tropical storm after reaching Tampa, and it became a depression when it was over Georgia.
